GONSI S.L. was founded in 1979, and has thus been in the real estate sector for more than three decades.
Our company manages and develops buildings to be rented to companies.
Our real estate services include managing and developing buildings for manufacturing, retail, commercial and office use.
Our current development plan is based on projects for “sustainable buildings”. This means that these projects are not only designed to provide sustainable financial growth, but also make full use of the energy provided by nature, such as light, water, wind and solar power. These are all essential elements in the design of our building projects.
